It is a unique "blend" of 4 Sicilian native black grape varieties (Nocera - Nero d'Avola - Perricone and Nerello Mascalese) which are processed both in the vineyard and in the cellar with manual method (de-stemming, crushing and fulling) and with natural yeasts obtained from the same wines.

Elegant and full-bodied red wine

Nocenero has a vivid and full-bodied red ruby color. It is an elegant and well-structured wine, in which the high alcohol content succeeds in softening the consistent tannic base without problems. It’s agin process takes place firstly in steel and then for 12 months in French oak barriques aged 3 years.
The combinations with baked first courses are particularly tasty. Being rich in body, it also goes well with braised meats and roasts. Furthermore, it is suitable for combinations with particularly tasty fish dishes.
