Thank you for your cooperation. We wish you an experience of pure relaxation and well-being! Access and Reservation Please arrive promptly for your booked time to ensure the best possible service. In case of treatment cancellations, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Rules of Conduct Silence and tranquility are essential: please speak softly to respect the relaxation of other guests. A swimsuit is required in the common areas of the spa. You are required to shower before accessing the pools, saunas, or treatments. Outside food and drinks are prohibited. A refreshment area with herbal teas and flavored water is available. Electronic devices (cell phones, tablets) must be set to silent mode and their use is permitted only in designated areas. Safety and Well-being Access to the spa is prohibited to minors under 18, except for specific treatments accompanied by an adult. Use of the sauna and whirlpool is not recommended for people with high blood pressure or heart problems, or who are pregnant. If in doubt, consult your doctor. Use of the spa is at your own risk: the management is not liable for any accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities.
